Developing a Novel Fuzzy Evaluation Model by One-Sided Specification Capability Indices

چکیده

When all of the one-sided specification indices each quality characteristic reach requirements process level, they can ensure that capability product meets level. This study constructs a fuzzy membership function based on upper confidence limit index, derives critical value, and then labels value axis visualized radar chart as well connects adjacent points to shape regular polygonal region. Next, this calculates observed index estimate mark it for forming evaluation chart. Obviously, model not only reduces testing cost but also makes level quickly meet specifications. Further, reduce risk misjudgment attributable sampling errors help improve accuracy by confidence-upper-limit-based model. Therefore, easy-to-use is used an interface, which has good convenient management performance identify critical-to-quality quickly. Improving before completed will have advantage reducing social losses environmental damage costs.
